Power

Power is your ultimate attribute. The strength developed in training is converted to power through explosive exercises. While strength keys on how much you can lift, power focuses on how fast you can perform the action. It requires fast-twitch muscle fibers.

Par 5 Performance trains golfers for strength and power in all three planes of motion - sagittal (forward/backward), frontal (side-to-side), and transverse (rotational).  Each plane plays a role in generating power. Our golf fitness training programs unlock the power stored in your pelvis and core resulting in maximum power and increased club head speed.

Power is your key to greater distance. Greater distances translate to closer approach shots, more greens in regulation, and lower scores. Here are stats to understand how important power is in the modern game.
