Spring is finally here and Par 5 Performance's Junior golfers are taking full advantage. After spending the offseason improving their fitness, these juniors are already seeing the improvements in early tournament play.

June's program includes 8 sessions taking place Tuesday's and Thursday's from June 5th - June 28th. The July/August fitness program includes 9 sessions taking place Tuesday's and Thursday's from July 10th through August 9th (note - no session July 24th). Participants can sign up for either day of the week, or both days.
Each session is 1-hour and provides your child with the opportunity to learn new exercises and develop your "Par 5" fitness components - mobility/stability, strength, power, conditioning, and recovery. These components are the key to a more powerful and durable swing. No previous fitness experience is necessary. Private training also available. Reed is off to an incredible start in 2018. In April, at a US Kids Golf event at Tam O'Shanter, Reed took first place posting a jaw dropping 65 (-7). The following week, Reed finished T-7 with a +2 (146 (71,75)) in the AGJA Junior All-star Series two-day event at Out Door Country Club in York, PA.
Masterson took first place at the AJGA Preview at Champions . Co-leading after the first round, Masterson came out victorious on Sunday. She finished the tournament at 13-over-par 153.
Dugan took first place with a 78 at at a US Kids Golf event at Tam O'Shanter.
Myers dominated the 8-year old field at Tam O'Shanter finishing +5 (41) and five strokes ahead of the field.
Trumpler shot +6 (78) and won first place at the US Kids Golf event at Ellsworth Meadows.
