Junior Golfers Dominating Early
Spring is finally here and Par 5 Performance's Junior golfers are taking full advantage. After spending the offseason improving their fitness, these juniors are already seeing the improvements in early tournament play.
Want to improve your game? Register for Par 5 Performance's upcoming Summer Fitness programs:
June's program includes 8 sessions taking place Tuesday's and Thursday's from June 5th - June 28th. The July/August fitness program includes 9 sessions taking place Tuesday's and Thursday's from July 10th through August 9th (note - no session July 24th). Participants can sign up for either day of the week, or both days.
Each session is 1-hour and provides your child with the opportunity to learn new exercises and develop your "Par 5" fitness components - mobility/stability, strength, power, conditioning, and recovery. These components are the key to a more powerful and durable swing. No previous fitness experience is necessary. Private training also available. To register or for questions, contact Tim at 440-915-6219 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
